Our Community-based Tourism Destinations

Discover our rich Community-based Tourism experience in Rwanda. Here, local families share their own homes with you. Not only will you experience authentic Rwandan life, but you will also have an opportunity to interact with local families in their natural environment. We have partnerships with local families in the communities in the whole Rwanda that share their country with you. From the City of Kigali to Northern Province, to Western Province and Southern Province, we have families ready to host you.

City of Kigali

Kigali is the genesis! Created at the start of our journey. Partnerships established with families that share their culture with you. Perfect introduction to Rwandan living and hospitality.

Northern Province

Welcome to the Northern Province, the most visited area of Rwanda. Under Musanze District lies Volcanoes National Park and its beautiful gorillas in the mist. We have established partnerships in the province where beautiful families welcome you to their homes.

Western Province

This Province encompasses Lake Kivu and its beautiful shoreline, beautiful Nyungwe National Park and its primates, and many cultural sites. It is enhanced by the beauty of rural Rwanda in the area. Our families are ready to welcome you to the lake, forest and cultural sites in this part of the world.

Southern Province

Stay close to sites like King's Palace Museum, Ethnographic Museum, and Huye Cultural Village. All under care of hospitable families. Comfortable homes near cultural heritage sites in Rwanda, and under care of loving Rwandan families.

Long Term Volunteering or Internship

Looking for a volunteer opportunity to live with and help Rwandan families? Whether you are interested in teaching English, sharing your farming knowledge or helping out with any other skill we support many in community and we can work to find the right fit for you.

We help find genuine opportunities for those who want to help and have a positive impact. Join our long-term program in Rwanda where you can live with families to help, but also learn and share your skills. If you want to help us make a positive impact in peoples' lives, we have need varying from one month to open ending.
